My DC have done the young voices concerts
for a few years now but this year has been a nightmare and I wondered if anyone else has had any problems this year?
Despite ordering a T-shirt in October it still hasn’t arrived and the concert is next week. Parents if they wanted T-shirts had to order and pay for them online individually with a code which meant would be delivered to the school. But no T-shirts have turned up yet!!! There is also a problem with the tickets not being sent but they are now meant to be sorting out digital ones.
It’s a right mess with all the kids getting upset that they may not have their T-shirts (concert is Tuesday, leave the school on noon that day so really only leaves Monday for them to arrive).
Has this happened to anyone else and if they don’t turn up what’s the chances of use being to able to get a refund as they are useless after the concert. My email receipt says no refunds unless faulty?
