What do you do for fun?

As the title suggests what do you do for fun?
Last year was really tough with bereavements stress and trauma.
I want to make the effort to have more fun in 2025. I have a disability which makes most exercise/physical hobbies not feasible but apart from that I’m willing to give anything a try!
At the moment I do a lot of reading, Tv watching and scrolling.

Ah I used to be in a choir in my teens. Nice memories!

Eat, watch comedies, have sex, get tipsy, hang out with people I like and are funny, spend time with small kids and animals.

Postcrossing might be up your street.

You sign up at the website https://www.postcrossing.com/help/how-does-postcrossing-work and it will generate an address for you of another postcrosser somewhere in the world. Read their profile, write a postcard to them and send it on its way. Once that postcard has been registered on the website your address will be generated for someone somewhere to send a postcard to you.

I really like the randomness of it, and it’s always a bonus to get something in the post that isn’t junk mail.

If it’s your thing you could acquire a pen pal. I’m not wildly sure how to do this successfully, I think it’s a matter of planets aligning. But maybe in a niche Facebook group? It’s an excellent excuse to buy some lovely stationary!

Really appreciate these ideas thank you. You all do lovely things. Definitely need to make an effort to include some lightness into life. Even the podcasts I listen to have heavy topics!
