Skin tags - how to remove?

I have some small skin tags on my neck just above my collarbone. They're horrible and I would love to get rid of them. Anything people can recommend over the counter? I have both glycolic and salicylic acid if either of them would work. Ta

I got a little device from Amazon that puts a tiny elastic band round them, and they die and fall off on their own. It stings a little at first, but it works every time, and it was less than a tenner for about 20 bands and the device.

I've seen these but they seem to only work on big skin rates not the teeny ones

I just nip them with my fingernails.
