Vests that don't show above school blouse

Can anyone recommend a specific sleeveless vest where the top of the vest won't show above DD's school shirt with the top button undone. -5 here today and DD didn't want to wear a vest as she hates it showing...

Is she in secondary school? Uniqlo have spaghetti strap sleeveless vests for ladies. I think they also do kids vests but they probably have thicker straps/ are brightly coloured. The ladies ones I have are white and a beige colour.

Yep, I second Uniqlo, my dd's both have these and they don't show. Presumably beige is particularly invisible, but black is also fine in our house.
