What can I eat with this fancy pasta?!

Family member purchased a gift box for me containing some really lovely goodies, some of which I hadn't tried before, including a delicious egg pasta with saffron and truffle. I won't be able to repeat this often since the box is over £14, but the one I have should last me a long while!

I tried it with lemon, olive, peppers and broccoli but would love some more ideas.
Someone suggested sardines, which I have in a tin here in oil (don't like tomato sauce) could this work?

It is a very delicate, soft pasta, nowhere near as tough or robust as spagetti, so it can clog up a little if not careful. Just spinning some pesto and veg into it doesn't bring out it's best.
I imagine some shaved parmigiano reggiano might be an idea..

For reference, I don't eat red meat, prawns, leeks, asparagus or onions.

Honestly, just olive oil or butter to taste, Parmesan and black pepper.

Sautéed mushrooms, a splash of cream and a splash of white wine

Salmon?

Italians would not add extra flavours to this; truffato usually with butter and sage, perhaps cream , salt and black pepper, few chilli flakes . Yes to Parmesan or pecorino. Rocket side salad, perhaps with a few thinly sliced mushroom.

Thank you!
All of these sound delicious. Agree that keeping it simple is probably for the best.
Could incorporate some protein as a side, perhaps a few slices of chicken or fish...
I already have the parmesan, chilli flakes and pepper so may do that this evening!

I am quite new to truffle, am currently eyeing the oil. Tried some truffle baked nuts recently and love them, too.

Black olive tapenade, available in jars from Waitrose.

I think the Italian way would be to have this simply as discussed for one course and then a separate carne meat course.

Artichokes and cherry tomatoes, a little cream, Parmesan shavings.
