Good quality maganesium supplements - alternative to mightykids

I wasn’t sure where to post this. I’m looking for a good quality magnesium supplement which is suitable for adults and children. I’ve tried mighty kids but for 2 children and 1 adult but it would be £87 a month which is beyond my budget. Please can someone suggest an alternative. TIA

Are you hoping to get the one supplement to do both adults & children? I was recommended the Mega-Mag powder for my DC, you could take it and just increase the dose?

I believe magnesium is better absorbed topically, Epsom Salts are cheap if the kids have baths? we use a lavender cream before bed, Terpsichore from Amazon has 300mg per tsp but I am not sure whether it's available in the UK (I am abroad).

I research is unconclusive as to if it is absorbed as well topically. There is nothing to suggest it is better absorbed. That would be potentially be an easier route.
