OMG. I woke yesterday with a slight tickle in my throat, was feeling a bit rough by end of tomorrow. Today my upper chest is in agony and I am struggling to breathe. Any full sized breath results in a coughing fit but whatever's in there is stuck - there's huge pressure rather than movement of gunk. Mostly I can sit here breathing shallowly and be ok but then I try to move or take a full breath and I feel like I'm dying!

Is this RSV? Or that other one? Or covid? It's awful!

Only you are able to find out by taking an over the counter Covid or RSV test

Do you have ventolin inhaler? I'd use it if you do. Failing that phone the GP and get some advice. I have irritable airways and my breathing is awful at the moment, but not had any respiratory bugs, GP put me on steroid inhaler and ventolin for immediate relief.

I didn't know you could buy an RSV test? I'll ask dh to go as I don't want to spread germs but he's at the office so not sure if he'll manage.
