Why won't apple TV stop showing me ads?

I can't find the guide... just keeps running ads...

Have you already signed up? Mine was weird and I could only sign up on my phone and then it worked. Sorry if that's completely useless

I kept going to the app to watch my show and it just kept running the same trailers.... on a loop.

Figured it out in the end 😆
