Deli meats baby

Hiya today we having ham egg and chips. But for the baby i'm doing a pasta with veggies. just wondering would it be ok to give him a bit of ham? this in the picture
he's 11 months old.

If he’s interested in your plate I’d be happy to give him a taste in the name of trying new things, but I wouldn’t seek to make it proactively part of his meal.

It's very high in salt. Babies that age are only supposed to have 1g of salt per day x
