Does anyone have any experience of dealing with X support?
I suddenly started getting some suspicious log in attempts on a few different accounts/websites a few weeks ago. One of those was my X account and as a result I received an email from them that my account had been suspended. I decided to try deleting the account as I was worried about the sudden suspicious activity but it turns out you can't deactivate a suspended account! I can't even remove my profile photo or change the password!
They have been really difficult to get hold of and don't respond to my messages, so I'm wondering if they're just slow or if I have no hope of sorting this out.
Am I likely to get this resolved? I really want my account removed and it seems wrong to me that I can't do this.
X has also been the most difficult site to access support for by far. All other sites I've used have customer service easily accessible!
