Feel like I just want my bed!

I'm exhausted! But I really don't know why.

I have a few suspects:

*I started to workout again this week

*I also have reduced my alcohol intake (but it's not like we drank a lot, beyond the NYE and Christmas day, I had 2 glasses of wine a day (or less) this only started on the 23rd.

*I'm eating less (I was having massive leftover sandwiches for the best part of a week).

*I'm back in work in the kitchen as I have to keep an eye on my son who won't be back in school until Tuesday. So I'm multitasking and have a terrible posture as I've been sitting on a bench.

Anything I can do to feel normal again?

TIA!

Sandwiches aren’t really a proper meal tbf, high carbs and not much protein/nutrition, especially if you are working out isn’t really going to keep you going.

The sandwiches were in the festive period, and they're massive! It's half a baguette with tons of turkey, cheese, beans, avocado, and tomato.

So I was having two of them (so a whole baguette) at least 3/4 days (lost count).

I've gone back to my usual higher protein diet.

A high amount of simple carbs-such as a whole baguette- can absolutely make you feel tired/sleepy compared to a day eating a balanced amount of slow release carbs.

I DO get that but the last one I had was on Saturday!

On Monday I had a thin bagel version that's it. I wouldn't have thought the effects of the baguettes would take so long to show up!

I was exhausted constantly when I was low on iron.

I was exhausted constantly when I was low on iron.

It's not that. I don't absorb iron so I have to have infusions regularly. I shouldn't need one for another 4/6 months.

And just to clarify it's a sudden change between Tuesday (NYE) to yesterday and today.
