I made a purchase online about three weeks ago. It was dispatched on Monday the 16th and I got an estimate delivery date for the 23rd. Nothing came and there was no update to the tracking either. There's just no progress on it.
I wrote here last week at some point and it happened to another poster where she ordered something from the Netherlands and there was no progress with tracking until it got into the country and the tracking only updated on the very day that it was delivered.
So I don't know if this will get to me or not or how many more weeks it may take.
Anyways I will likely have to go down the route of seeking a refund from them. I don't know what happens with refunds. Is it the card that you used that is refunded.
Just last night I found my card was scammed and I had to cancel the card and I am waiting on a new card now. Next week.
So what happens now that I will have a new card? Will I still be able to get a refund for non delivery?
