Hi - got a couple of clues left that I need help with. All the answers are body parts, or diseases.

I agree with the PP that the second one is sneeze.

They all fall down after sneezing.

Thanks everyone - I agree that stomach is probably the best answer for the maceration one.

I had tissue/ tishoo pencilled in for the other one, but I think sneeze might be a better answer.

I would err on the side of tissue rather than sneeze as that is what the clue suggests.

Plus sneeze is neither a disease or a body part and isn't a word used in ring a roses which is a song about the plague. Tissue is.

Hi - strong arguments, but tissue is neither a body part or disease. Other solutions include cough and hiccup, so I feel that sneeze fits better with these.

Sneeze is NOT a body part or a disease, it is a bodily function.
Tissue 100% is a body part.
Basically, all the fleshy stuff inside you that's not an organ or bone is tissue, for example - muscles, ligaments and tendons.

To switch horses mid-stream would be my guess.

I know the saying better as 'to change horses mid-stream' but switch would work instead and a quick Google suggests it's also used.
