Fitness Goals - Do you have any?

I am a regular in the gym but a bit of a drifter, doing what takes my fancy on a day.

Looking towards having more structure in my strength training and would be grateful for any pointers. Do you train to achieve body goals (looks) or performance goals (weight and reps). Any useful websites with programs?

Have you access to a PT who could do a programme for you? I had a one off session included in my gym membership and he devised a weights plan for me to follow

Aiming to do a 10k on 17th March. Did couch to 5K in summer and can now comfortably run 5-7k but hoping to stretch that to 10k
