I don’t surly have sinus problems so excuse my ignorance but can you take normal paracetamol like panadol 6 hours after Sudafed ?

Sudafed is usually just a decongestant so it's OK to take at the same time as paracetamol

Just make sure it's not a Sudafed variety that already has paracetamol in so you know how much paracetamol you're actually taking.

This one and it’s got caffeine so don’t want to take it before bed. It’s been over 6 hours now

Just watch not to exceed the maximum paracetamol in 24 hours which is usually 2 tablets 4 times a day.

It's got paracetamol so you need to leave it 4 hours in between and no more than 8 tablets in a 24 hour period (of both Sudafed and paracetamol)
