Any tips for reheating shoulder of lamb to stop it drying out?

I’m cooking a spicy shoulder of lamb for NYE but doing it tomorrow and reheating on the day. The recipe says I can do that but no guidance for how long it will take to heat through - no guidance at all.

any tips welcome.

Shoulder of lamb is quite fatty and shouldn’t dry out. If you are reheating it, I would wrap it in foil and remove the foil for the last 20 minutes to allow the skin to crisp up again.
