Health/food and habit tracker apps

It’s new year resolutions time of year. I’m looking for a habit tracker app, one where I can add a new habit or two every week. Does anyone use one?

I also could do with a food tracker so I can track daily caloires and protein. I’ve tried myfitnesspal but if I want to cook a recipe from a book say bored of lunch or a website which has already calculated the kcal and protein I can’t see a way to add the total and it wants me to add all the individual ingredinents and I find that off putting and time consuming.

Nutracheck allows you to add a calorie amount without any other info. It also allows you to create recipes and save them in portions so if you make something you only need to add it once. I tend to add the whole recipe and weigh it, then add the number of grams for each portion. I much prefer nutracheck to MFP even though it does have a small charge, there's annual offers on at the moment which works out much cheaper than standard monthly.

Interested to see suggestions for the habit tracker. I bought a paper version from amazon which I really like.

Thank you. I don’t mind paying for something which works.
