Getting a new TV set up in the New Year!
Wondering about Sky Glass, what’s the pros and cons also how much is it a month?

I also need a need a broadband package do I go with Sky for that too?

Do you have better set ups or suppliers?

I do agree with you all, FYI. Hence why we went back to Q.

Out of contract with Sky now and we’re paying silly prices ( I forgot when the contract ended) . Sky have offered us Sky glass with a tv for £69 per month , broadband and tv ( not movies or sports )
Or a very slightly cheaper deal sticking with our Sky Q box.

Does this sound a good deal? I did think of just ending a tv contract and getting a freesat box but I’ve heard bad reviews !

I have sky glass- it is grand. Can’t record which is annoying but a lot of things are available on catch up.

Oh ok thanks. Is there no tv guide with it ? Bit awkward if you want to see what’s on ? What’s the advantage of it ?

there is a TV guide but you can’t record like on normal sky. There are apps though that you can watch programmes on. Has Netflix included, I played/ ITV player/ etc

I got it as my TV had blown up and it was a good deal. Really easy to set up. We have our internet through sky too.

One of my ds has it in his apartment and it’s great, but as I like to record stuff I have sadly discounted it.
