Mine was 'History of the Bikini'.

DH was watching World At War and was surprised to see archival footage of women wearing bikinis. He thought they came into fashion around the early 50s so definitely post war.

(5600 BC was first recorded evidence of bikini-style clothing for women... TBH anyone who saw the documentary that was Raquel Welch's 1 million years BC could have known that)

That word ought to have been 'Last'.

"Seema Misra was she convicted". I googled it because I rewatched Mr Bates vs the Post Office last night and having now watched almost the entire public enquiry I wanted to see how accurate the drama was. There was a character in the drama who suffered very badly called Sam, and to start with I thought she was based on Seema Misra who also suffered awfully, but the character was found not guilty so I thought oh maybe I have misremembered. Seema Misra was convicted so maybe the character represented someone else or was changed due to her not wanting her name and story used. Some characters are based on their real names and some are pseudonyms. It's been interesting rewatching the drama and seeing just how much evil was left out of the storyline. It seemed bad enough at the time, but now we know the real situation was so much worse.

The weather forecast for the weekend as we're driving to my parents and I was trying to figure out which day would be nicer - however they both look equally crap 😂

Was Seema the lady who had to give birth behind bars? I have heard interviews with her and her strength and resilience is truly something.

People need to be jailed. Not the ones who actually were. I hope that a proper reckoning is in their future.

“Age restrictions for Fortnite” as DS (8) is nagging to get it. After googling, my conclusion was that he’s too young, resulting in a scene and meltdown. But standing my ground. Looks too aggressive.

The size difference between Really Useful Boxes.

I am packing away Christmas in those boxes only this year instead of the mismatched ones that are half broken and don't stack. I've ordered a load!

Playmobil app because apparently it no longer exists and therefore renders many of their 3D hologram products useless! My dd got one for Xmas.

Their website is truly awful! (Which also makes my last Google really useful boxes)

A crispy halloumi and mint chickpea cous cous recipe.
I can't find the original one, so I am accepting a substitute recipe.

’why am I craving tinned tomatoes when not pregnant’

I’m definitely not pregnant, but massively craving cooked tinned tomatoes!

I’ve just looked up what happened to the cast of Oliver, which is currently on tv. Most are dead as it was made in 1968. ‘Nancy’ is 91. ‘Oliver’ became an osteopath.

I’m watching that right now too! Shani Wallis who plays Nancy is living in America or something. Love Oliver, I look out for it on tv every Christmas
