How to lighten up my mood

For years I've had SAD.
.Take vit D walk in nature 2 or 3 miles daily.Do exercises.
However people mention my demeanour so I tend to keep to myself as I don't want to drag others down.
Even when I'm busy I'm meant to smile.
I never had this before menopause.
How do I ditch the resting bitch face in the new yr.

Eating saturated animal fat has an almost instant effect on me. I now eat lumps of beef tallow as if my life depends on it because the almost instant kick it gives me, proves my brain is desperate for it.

I would also recommend a Lumie lamp of some sort.

If you're uk based, a walk between October and Jan just isn't enough vitamin d. Take some synthetically.
