Urgent food safety question!

I’ve just woken up and run to the loo, sick everywhere and also a bit of loose stool. DC are 4 and 2 so wouldn’t be surprised if it’s gastro/norovirus. (we just had a round of this a few months ago 🥴)

Problem is I’d baked biscuits and brought them round to no less than eight neighbours (everyone on our road!), of course had no idea I would be ill less than 24 hours later. Have I just sickened them all? I am very clean in the kitchen, good handwashing, no licking spoons whilst cooking, etc.

How do you know it is the biscuits?

I don’t know it’s the biscuits, but I’m wondering if I am ill and prepared them, is it possible I’ve contaminated the biscuits whilst cooking or wrapping them?

Generally, I was told by a GP once that noro is only transmittable once symptoms have started. I think if you made the biscuits now and dished them out, the whole street would be poorly. I am pretty sure they'll be ok.
If not, blame the waterworks or something 😵‍💫

@paradisecityx thank you that’s quite a relief to hear. Can’t imagine anyone wanting to make food whilst in the throes of noro!?!
