Tips for Legoland over Christmas holidays - SEN child

I've read it's reasonably quiet over the Christmas break - is that right? I have a 7yo SEN child who struggles with queues and I'm also heavily pregnant but happy to walk around and try some small rides. It will be my child's first visit to a theme park so we won't do any rides that are too exciting. I think would enjoy the monuments the most.

We live 1h away from Windsor and we'd probably only do a day visit - maybe even half a day depending on how well he's coping. 🙈

Thanks for any advice!

Legoland is busy tomorrow and Saturday but then it quietens down .

Have you signed up for an access pass? You'll get virtual queuing which really helps. Usually there's one instant access ride as well so I would use that on the longest q.

There's a lovely sensory room which you'll be able to access with some proof of need. The train up and down the hill is good. There's a nice playground as well near the pirate themed area. You can sit on steps and watch the live action show at the lake. And I think there's a room where you can just build with Lego too. Panning for gold is very chiller (extra cost). Those have all been our best bits. The worst bit for us is getting through the crowds near the arrival area, just until people disperse.. oh and the shop at the end. Avoid it if you can.

What time would you recommend arriving? We're not trying to squeeze everything in.

We've only ever arrived at 0945 ish so I don't know if that is worse or better than other times. Weather forecast looks great for you x
