On my Christmas wish list to dh, I had put nice talcum powder. A nice one in nice packaging with a puff.

I opened a present today to find a normal bottle of Johnstons talcum powder

Anyone else get a gift.

My OH has form for this. Usually I'll ask for a specific perfume and he'll get me one that I don't like but he does. He got me trainers for my birthday that I've never worn, I sent him a link to the ones I wanted from the same shop he was in at that moment. He said they didn't sell those 🙄.

He's stuck to the plan this year though, nothing needs returning/exchanging 🎉

not the same thing but i specifically said please no clothes as i’ve just had a baby and trying to figure out what i like again as i feel super mumsy. all i got was mumsy clothes 😭 the guilt of the wasted money gets me so bad too

I asked for some cosy bamboo bed socks, sent him links to several different pairs. Apparently alpaca socks are ‘better’ so he bought me those instead. They are so itchy that I had to take them off after 2 mins and they won’t be worn again.

@cherryontoppp could you return them or sell them on vinted? Then buy the clothes you would like.
