How long to cook the Turkey? Conflicting instructions.

Help!

We've got a turkey crown, and the weight is 2.6kg. On the front it says cook for 1 hour 44 mins but on the back it says 40 mins per km plus 60 mins which I make to be over 2 hours.

What should it be?

No idea, but I hope you’ve a big oven if its measured in km!

My calculations make it 2hrs 44 minutes..no way will it cook in 1hr 44..

Mine is 2.1kg and says 2hrs 28 minutes (40 perkg plus 60mins) but there is another thread saying everyone s turkeys are overcooked!

Check it after the time on the packaging and see if the juices are clear. Turkey does generally need less cooking time than people think.

1 hour 40 would have barely cooked it! I saw the other thread with posters saying 1.5 hours would suffice. Bork.
