Christmas cabins / lodges for bigger families

Has anyone gone away in the UK for Christmas where families (2/3/4 people in each) could all have their own accommodation but all be staying near each other?

We are thinking we would love to go somewhere in the UK next year where everyone could book their own accommodation (the dream would be cabins with hot tubs! Or at least "nice" accommodation) but then we could go for walks / to the pub together and different cabins could host different meals.

Does such a thing exist?

We would love to have a big family Christmas but we are all spread out and no one's house is big enough for everyone to stay over the whole period. It would also be good to share hosting duties...

Center Parcs are the obvious choice, but they are exceedingly expensive. There are other options but I’ve never stayed in any of them.

Forest holidays

We're staying at a hoburne site this week, Mon to Fri. We have a 2 bed caravan/ lodge with a hot tub and I'm really impressed with it. We paid around £650 and they phoned a few times to say we could arrive earlier (Friday) for an extra £50 a night.

They've been great at making sure we're settled in and have all we need to cook tomorrow as Christmas day is the only day the facilities and reception is closed.

The site isn't at full capacity but there's enough people it doesn't feel empty. I'm sure when you book if you asked to link your bookings they could put you near each other.,

I dread to think of the cost of centre parks.

Thank you I'll look at forest holidays, I've never of Hoburne but that sounds ideal so will check that out too!!

Just looked at Hoburne holidays prices and they are not cheap. Bloody pricy imo.

Sandy Balls (Away Resorts) have lodges all on the same park where you can have a hot tub etc

Are their prices excessive though?
