Beef gravy with Chicken Christmas dinner?!

Random one, Im cooking a Chicken for our Christmas lunch tomorrow. I normally use Bisto for gravy as Im quite a lazy/bad cook & time poor. This time I decided to buy a gravy pot ready made from M&S, as I imagine it will be much nicer than stock cubes. However I just realised I picked up Beef gravy! Can I still use it? Think it will taste okay with chicken? I cant get to the shops now.. x

We only ever use beef gravy for everything, no one likes chicken gravy in our house, tastes fine to us! I think you’ll be fine.

It'll be fine. Beef gravy is so much tastier anyway.
Plus you can always add the drippings from the roast chicken pan into it 👌

I make my own gravy. But always always always shove a beef stock pot in regardless of the meat we're eating. It's just nicer.

OP, your accidental gravy miss-hap is actually a god send and you'll never look back! Enjoy your Christmas dinner x

We always have beef gravy - don't like the others.
