Soft play likely to be busy tomorrow?

We’ve been to Library and park today - both much quieter than I expected.

I had written soft play off this week as school holidays but are people busy doing other festive things? DH is working all week so just a normal week for us for the most part.

My children are not yet school age so tend to avoid things like soft play in holidays but if it won’t be too busy it might be a nice to get out the house without getting too cold tomorrow.

I don't think it'll be busy. Go for it!

They tend to be busy here but the Zoo is empty.

I think it will be ok, lots of people will be visiting family tomorrow.
I always used to wrap mine up and go to the park on Christmas Eve though whatever the weather, I tried soft play the one year and it didn’t work half as well at tiring them out to sleep.

Thank you, will head there tomorrow!

I agree @ByHeartyCyanMentor park in fresh air definitely wears them out more but my youngest isn’t quite walking yet and can only last crawling outdoors for so long in this weather.

I took my DS to a soft play party on Saturday. It was almost dead apart from the party group.

I’ve booked a soft play for tomorrow afternoon. My DH is at work and my older daughter is going to her dad’s at lunchtime (we’ll do an outdoors walk with her in the morning) so will just be me and 3 yo. A small local soft play aimed at under 8s is open until 3.15pm so I booked the last session- 1.30-3.15pm. I’m hoping I will be quiet and DD can have a good run around to burn off some energy and fill a couple of hours!

I think it'll be ok. Lots of people either travelling, having people over, wrapping and sorting/prepping, hunkering down with a movie etc.
