feel like they've had it.
I've done 1.5 rounds of the Iron series and I love it. But the area above and around my knees now feel so sore and weak and tender. It's not the knee cap area.
It's been a month now. I'm 53. Should I just accept my knees can't take the lunges and squats etc? I find them so beneficial to my strength and shape though.
I'm gutted. I found something that works and now I can't do it.
