Watching ET with my poorly 9yr old takes me right back as I was 9 when this came out and I saw it in the cinema with my older brother and sister.
What are your favourites?
I'm a fan of The Goonies, The Lost Boys, Karate Kid, Top Gun and Die Hard from the 80s.
The 90s was all about the Home Alones and Clueless!

Faves are Lost Boys, Ferris Bueller snd Back to the future. Have shared all of the brilliant 80s movies with ds, 19. Our thing is to go to our local independent cinemas regular 80s film nights when we see a classic on the big screen. We enjoy it so much.

CharliesAngles · 22/12/2024 19:16

Weird Science.

Also The Hand That Rocks the Cradle and Single White Female - not for watching with DC though!

I remember going to see Teenwolf at the cinema when Michael J Fox was the star of the moment, he seemed to be on everything at one point. I also went to see Mannequin and bloody love the Starship song from it, to this day if the song comes on anywhere I'm immediately transported to a time of Rara skirts, pedal pushers, pixie boots and inside out tops...the best times.

IceCreamMundae · 22/12/2024 19:55

Lots of the above - so many great films.

Grosse Pointe Blank.
