Morrisons The Best balsamic vinegar, it’s in quite a squat bottle, around £7. It’s so thick and gorgeous!

Not strictly just balsamic but works well

I just make it from any old balsamic. Couple of tbsp vinegar and a tsp of brown sugar on a medium/low heat in a wide based pan for about 10 minutes. Exactly the same as the Waitrose glaze.

I buy the Waitrose balsamic glaze for £2.50 which I like

I bought it the other day

Some balsamic vinegar is too watery so I give bottles a good shake and the thicker the better but of course they're more expensive

That's why I buy the glaze really because I make my own salad dressing which I like so rarely use balsamic vinegar/ glaze but I do love it

It's quite sweet and could be used as a dressing with nothing else added
