Ate pork chop pink in middle

Will I be OK? It was near the fatty bits it was pink..

Assuming it was fresh and bought from a reputable butcher or supermarket, and you hadn't had it sitting out on the worktop for a couple of days then you'll be fine.

These days undercooked pork is a lot less of a risk than people think. Although the concept of a Mettbrötchen might cause some consternation on MN!

Fine! Obviously not raw, but all the pork I’ve had has been a bit pink and I’ve lived to tell the tale!

Thanks! It was a gigot chop, very thick & quite fatty.. very pink in the middle 😭
