Superdrug denying knowledge of free gift

I saw yesterday that Superdrug had an offer on for a free gift of a selection of beauty goodies if you spent over £120. Great, i thought - i needed some last minute bits for christmas and could use the gifts as stocking fillers. However, order arrived today sans gift. When I chatted to their support, they're saying without a screenshot then then can't send me the gift. I had no idea I was meant to take a screenshot of the offer :(

I don't suppose anyone here happened to take a screenshot? It was wednesday-only, i remember that much! 😂

Was it this? If not do you remember what any of the gifts were?

Usually with a free gift offer like this it gets added to your basket when you reach the required spend. Is there nothing on your order confirmation?

Where did you see the offer? Just on their website?

They must know what offers were on their website on any particular day so then requiring a screenshot seems a bit disingenuous.

I would respond saying that they must know if the offer was in place on the date you ordered.

Google 'superdrug spend £120' it comes up you get a facial cupping set and a duo hydration face cream.
