Ex has stolen my phone and won't give it back

My disgusting vile excuse of an ex broke my brand new contract phone asked me to give it to him to get fixed but didn't give it back. He's got it fixed (I think) and now he is saying he doesn't know where it is in his house?LIAR! What do I do?! I'm fuming

Report it to the police as stolen.

Why on earth did you give it to him? Have you got find my iphone or whatever the android equivalent is?

Honestly I know i could kick myself. It won't work if it was repaired chances are it is a new phone
