Ideas for NYE with kids

This will be the first year I’ll have my DS(10 and 12) on NYE for a while.
the 10 year old will happily watch movies, play board games with me, but I need something that will entice my 12 year old off the Xbox and out of his room!
any and all ideas are very welcome
12 year old has ADD if that changes things.

We used to do a "fun" buffet and kitchen disco with some party games.

One year I put the kitchen table in our conservatory and let the kids have a roller disco between the kitchen and the living room. That was a lot of fun!

This sounds so fun. I think I’m thinking along the same lines. Just don’t know how to get my ‘I’m too cool for this’ almost teen to engage in such things!
