Is anyone able to advise what foods I should avoid if not eating MSG

I am just wondering if there are any every day foods to avoid. I've concluded that MSG is aggravating my condition, I want to have 2 months off it to see if the symptoms improve.

Parmesan has the most naturally occurring glutamates of any food. Everyone pretends that's not true though.

It's just racist for the most part.
