This morning I noticed my smart meter fory electric say "top up successful". I checked it and I've been credited with £150. We checked the app that we normally use to top up and it just says electricity top up. I haven't done it, husband hasn't done it. I can't imagine someone else has done it in error due to the unique codes needed etc. where has it come from? Is it from British gas?? After a quick Google I can't find much info. Anyone else had a surprise top up? Do I call them and find out?
