I need tips for managing a stressful day tomorrow

I’m feeling overwhelmed. I have done far too much today and have finally gone to bed. I’ve got to wake up early to go to an early GP appointment which means I can’t have a lie in and then immediately after that I’m attending a mindfulness group I signed up for. Even though these things are for my health I feel quite drained by the socialisation aspect. Then I’ve got a big to do list with deadlines although not all of it needs to be done. I already have lunch and dinner prepared so I don’t need to worry about cooking but I still need to do the dishes and clean around the house/laundry/take the dog out.

One step at a time, don't look back just ahead (what am I doing now, what is needed next). In the evening consider if anything was missed & that rolls onto tomorrow.
