so in this country..christmas eve is the big day. Turkey is not a big thing. I am cooking a bbq for 5... so I am making ribs... honey mustard chicken drumsticks.. sausages. for sides I am making mexican corn salad...and my curry shrimp rice cold salad.. I will make homemade buns. what else do I need? the puddings are being brought by the other family... no starters needed as two of us (one in each family) have cancer and really can barely eat at all. help please. ALSO temp here will be about 30 degrees c

Sounds good to me ! Tomato based salad maybe ? And / or green leafy salad
Home made dressing ? Coleslaw?

Potato salad.
Side of salmon, might be easier to digest than meat.
Olives.
Things I always have at a BBQ!
