Can I get my money back ? Help

Hi I paid for a transfer through holiday extras.
We paid £45
We got to the airport went to the desk to be told the bus stand number.
Went to the bus stand at the bus had left
The lady at the stand said she didn't know how long it would be
After waiting 1- 1-2 hours she still had no idea
We told her we were getting a taxi

Spoke to holiday extras
They said they spoke to the company who said we were no shows at the desk.
We weren't

Im so annoyed
Can we do anything ?
CCTV at the transfer desk in airport ?
It's not about the money now I'm furious they called us liars

Can we report them to anywhere ?

Holiday extras have said no refund and hope we had a nice holiday

We had this but took screen shots of text messages and photos to show we had been there and waiting. Did you? They did mess me about a bit, so as I had paid by credit card I did a chargeback and they did not dispute it.

I took pictures at the bus stop waiting for the bus with the bus number on (with time and date )
I said if we were no shows why were we waiting at the stop
