Uxbridge station - how reliable to get to central London

Hi, apologies stupid question does anyone know Uxbridge station? I’m travelling first time and wanted to know how reliable the metropolitan and Piccadilly train is to get to central London as I have an appointment I don’t want to be late for

Piccadilly hasn't been running for about a week between Uxbridge and Rayners Lane due to 'leaf fall'.
Met line is pretty reliable although as with all TFL lines, you're at the mercy of the Gods. The Met line Watford branch has been crap in the evenings for a while now.
