Lebara SIM card. Can I send texts to Europe?

I just moved to Lebara and have chosen a £10 a month SIM. I've just tried sending a text to France and it doesn't seem to have gone through. Can't find info and can't get a reply on phone. Does anyone know?

Thank you. I got the answer. You need to have automatic top up set and texts to Europe cost 19p each from UK
