If you were to go on this show (with your £££££ budget!) where would you like to "escape" to?

We're currently just north of North London so I think we'd go coastal.
Maybe Dorset, or head up north to Northumberland.

Norfolk or Suffolk.

Always just that but warmer than where I am.

If I was discounting the weather Argyll and Bute.

My current house crush is this place: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/153194123#/?channel=RES_BUY

It's a beautiful and quiet part of Wales, but only five miles to Brecon. I could never live there, though - I am more of a '15 minute city' person and like having everything within walking distance. It seems to be a holiday cottage already, so I'd probably just keep it for weekends.

Check out this 5 bedroom detached house for sale on Rightmove

@SoloSofa24 that house is amazing!!
Bonus points for sharing links 🙌

It reminds me of the Cullens House in Twilight.
(Omg did I just admit I watched it 😳 )
Yeah, who am I kidding, I too, am a city girl at heart 😅

@No17CherryTreeLane So what could you get for £1m or so in Northumberland? I am guessing more than you could in Dorset.
