White Fox Black Friday - anyone received their order?

I ordered a package from white fox on Black Friday and still haven’t received any updates.

it says on their website they dispatch within 2 business days but my order is still showing on my account as ‘order placed’ and hasn’t been dispatched.

I have emailed the company on 6/12 and just had a standard reply saying we will get back to you but heard nothing further.

on Facebook there are so many comments saying their customer service is non existent so just wondering if anyone else has a White Fox order around the same time and has received it or got any updates?

Half of mine was missing. No response either from customer service.

There was a lot of problems last year I think.

I’ll just have to keep my fingers crossed my order turns up soon - I’m just not very good at being patient 😂
