Would you book holiday in advance or last min?

So we normally book in advance through TUI etc
Anyway the last couple of years the week before we go I check and the prices are 35% off 20% off etc
So at the min it's showing £1,200 pp all inclusive
This is for end of May
Do I just put the monthly payment amount in a savings account till end of April then book something?
Or book now ?
I'm kind of tempted to do that just to see what kind of deal we end up with

If it’s the holiday and location you really want, book now, especially if it’s a popular place. If you book later, it may not be available.

We don't have a particular place in mind
Cyprus /greece/turkey or Gran Canaria
All inclusive and over 22degrees and we are happy
That's why I'm tempted to risk it

The £1,200 is for Cyprus
The others are different prices
