Feeling sorry for myself as my sleep was disturbed

Every hour by a blood pressure monitor!

So daft but I feel pants and headachy and as soon as its off I'm coming back to bed ro see if I can feel better

I hate that little things cause such disruption and do not miss having baby disturbed nights!!

I had it to. We are dog sitting and it wouldn't settle. Bouncing a kong on the wooden floors at all hours. Topped off with barking the house down at a 06.30 parcel delivery. Now snoozing on the sofa whilst I try to wake up for work

Sympathies, hope you feel better soon

At least I don't have to 'go' to work but I do have some commissions I should work on

It's not daft that you feel bad, obviously there must be a good reason for this monitoring but being woken every hour sounds like a form of torture. Hope you can get some decent quality rest later.

Same here. Third night of my 1 year old waking every 30 mins and I just feel ao deeply sad! I think sleep deprivation really messes with your brain chemistry. Solidarity

Baby waking is hard; I've been doing a bit of that too probably why this new night is hard

Totally torture!!
