Bought a phone a few weeks ago and changed my mind about it so went to my account to send it back for a refund (giffgaff allows this) printed the label off and sent it back.
got an email today saying the REPAIR center has recieved the phone back and they now need to wait until 'the part' comes in stock to repair my phone then they will send it back to me.. no clue which part they are talking about because it didn't need repairing in the first place.
there was nothing wrong with the phone at all.. in my giffgaff account it says sent back due to change of mind/refund but the email is totally different.
anyone had the same? been waiting for an agent to reply to me for days now so thought i would ask here.
