So I’ve been referred by the doctors to another sector for an autism and adhd diagnosis. I’ve received an email back asking me to fill in a form and send it back which I did. A few days later, the form also came in paper copy. Do I also fill in the paper copy and send it back? I’ve had no confirmation email from the one I’ve sent off
