Great, it needs to be legalised think of the tax money the government could get you could have proper shops opening up and do it properly legal like they’re doing in California. I don’t know why they don’t.

Well, I’m must say that I’m not gonna be completely sure about what that article is saying because I certainly have read quite a few busts round this area where they have found loads of cannabis plants growing and they have stormed it and shut it down

It's only reporting the results of a poll based on 250 officers (rank and location unspecified).

What it boils down to is that some 83 random coppers think "cannabis has been decriminalised".

Hardly ground breaking news. Must have been a slow news day.
