I’m feeling uninspired. Please give me your dinners for tonight (Sat) and tomorrow (Sun).

At the moment, weekends, I’m cycling through either beef or chicken pot roasts. Tasty, but becoming repetitive.

I'm out tonight but tomorrow we are having a sausage and lentil casserole. Monday I'm making chicken and spinach curry (I use the good food easy chicken curry recipe and add spinach and lots of coriander.

We're having pizza and some oven party food tonight, we're off out for a few late afternoon drinks so needed something quick to whack in the oven when we get home.

The weather here is really miserable so I'm making Bengali spiced cottage pie with parsnip mash topping. I've added carrots to the mix and am serving with leeks and roasted cauliflower.

Tomorrow with be a chicken, leek and bacon bake with peas tenderstem broccoli and peas.

Got some bolognese sauce left over, so I've oven roasted some aubergine slices to layer with it. I'll top it with cheese sauce, put grated cheese on top & bake it, then serve with broccoli.

Tomorrow evening I'll be eating at work & I believe it's chicken pie, carrots, broccoli & mashed potato on the menu.

Baked camembert tonight with ham, apple slices and garlic bread to dip in it, tomorrow everyone wants fried chicken with waffles, mac and cheese and crispy bacon with a bit of syrup poured over.

We had soup and toasted sandwiches for lunch.
I’ve already cooked green beans and extra amounts of rice for a pork stroganoff dinner. Apple strudel and vanilla ice cream.
I got the film Parasite on Black Friday so it’s home cinema (x3) this evening.

Extra rice will be used to make egg fried rice for tomorrow’s lunch.
We’re going to a local wine and food tasting event tomorrow afternoon (€10 each for a themed wine glass, three drinks and unlimited nibbles. Not bad.) so we’ll probably pick something up from there.
If not, sausages and beans, carrots and potatoes in the pressure cooker.

I have two pomegranates that need using up and I’m undecided between adding the seeds to a feta, mint and couscous salad with beetroot (a bit summery?) or sieving them into a coulis and poking it into a buttery sponge cake…

Beef burritos tonight with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños, lettuce and grated cheese.

Tomorrow freezer surprise. Need to start clearing some space for Christmas.

Today was leftover Chinese takeaway. Tomorrow will be cold roast chicken, salad and jacket potatoes. Neither of us are very well and I don't feel like doing much cooking.
