Appropriate gift amount South Africa

Hi, any South Africans around that can give me a steer please?
I manage a small team and want to get them some Amazon vouchers as a token gift to say thank you at Christmas. Most are UK based but one is in South Africa.
I was going to do £20 per head but I’ve no idea how this translates? Google tells me this is about 500 Rand. Is that a lot? A little? I’m not sure what the cost of living is in South Africa. What would be an appropriate amount to equate to a couple of average bottles of wine or similar?

thank you!
